Your written proposal confirms the equipment, food, staffing and guest capacity included. TV content depends on available programming and streaming access; Starlink depends on service and sky visibility. Power and water arrangements, restroom use and venue rules are confirmed for each event. Awnings and tents are used only when weather and site conditions allow; they are not storm shelters. Overnight sleeping is available only when specifically arranged.
